Refund Policy

1. Eligibility
Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if the service was not used (no redirects created or active). Once a shortlink has been used, refunds are generally not available.
2. How to request
Email shortlinkin@lovigin.com with your purchase details (email used, subdomain). We will process eligible requests within 5–7 business days.
3. Exceptions
No refunds for add-on purchases (e.g. disabling preview). No refunds for links removed due to terms violation.
4. Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
